Jimmy was a great help for a first time home buyer. It was a TIC unit, which is not a well known process. He is extremely responsive and friendly whenever I had questions about the home buying process (I had a lot). He was also really flexible and communicative when it came to dates and deadlines. I first met Jimmy about a year before the pandemic while my wife and I were inquiring with realtors about purchasing our first home. Jimmy was nice enough to meet me and take the time to go over the process with me, educating me on what we would need, the market, the process, everything. When we were finally ready to start looking several months later the pandemic hit and we had to postpone. Jimmy stayed connected and checked back to see how we were doing every so often and continued to do so for the next two years and we finally purchased a home in July of 2022. Dale Wire worked so hard to get me moved into my condo in the middle of a pandemic when there was a lot of uncertainty about banks and procedures. was tenacious thorough and had great customer service. Working with Carolyn was a gift. She's smart, strong, and deeply caring. Carolyn was with us every step of the way to make a stressful process feel manageable. She knows when to push, like when the seller's inspector did poor work and she got us a better one. At the same time, she was always there for us on a personal level, helping us stay grounded. Even after the sale was complete and she earned her commission, Carolyn offered her time and expertise to help us resolve post-sale issues that popped up. One moment that really showed Carolyn's skill was after the appraisal, which came back $100K lower than the agreed purchase price. Our mortgage broker couldn't get a loan for more than the house was worth, so Carolyn negotiated the price down an additional $100k through creative solutions and no-nonsense assertiveness. The seller was so resentful at our deal that she took furniture from the house that had been promised in the sale.
