Jimmy was a great help for a first time home buyer. It was a TIC unit, which is not a well known process. He is extremely responsive and friendly whenever I had questions about the home buying process (I had a lot). He was also really flexible and communicative when it came to dates and deadlines. This whole process was way easier than expected while working with Jimmy. It was great from beginning to close. I first met Jimmy about a year before the pandemic while my wife and I were inquiring with realtors about purchasing our first home. Jimmy was nice enough to meet me and take the time to go over the process with me, educating me on what we would need, the market, the process, everything. When we were finally ready to start looking several months later the pandemic hit and we had to postpone. Jimmy stayed connected and checked back to see how we were doing every so often and continued to do so for the next two years and we finally purchased a home in July of 2022. Jimmy's knowledge and guidance was invaluable for us as first time buyers and staying in touch for as long as he did was impressive. He even had to communicate with my parent in another state as she was moving back out here. The commitment to what was best for us was comforting. He was never pushy or "salesman" like, and his easy going nature fit our style and energy. He always had our best interest in mind and was extremely transparent about certain houses and situations, even if it was something we didn't want hear, he was tactful in his communication with us and how he handled things. Ryan and Dale did excellent work with their knowledge and guiding thru the real estate process. Had a great experience and would highly recommend them to help you sell or buy a house. Their knowledge of the real estate market including the pricing of your home, physically helping to put the house looking its best, including help with packing. The difficulty with my house in California is that it is in a fire zone and difficult to get coverage but they were there helping the buyer find coverage and the escrow closed only a few days late. I think that the Wire family are my new best friends. Dale Wire worked so hard to get me moved into my condo in the middle of a pandemic when there was a lot of uncertainty about banks and procedures. was tenacious thorough and had great customer service. She answered every question I had and there was no question that was silly or stupid because she knows that as a buyer this isn’t my skill set. Dale has continued to check up on me and be a strong support in my life.
