I currently serve NEXT Brokerage as a new agent trainer and as needed mentor, helping agents build a strong foundation as they begin and grow their real estate careers. In this role, I provide guidance, support, and practical insight to help agents better understand the business, navigate transactions, and develop the confidence needed to serve their clients professionally.

I bring over 60 years of combined corporate experience in real estate and financial services to this role. My background allows me to share both industry knowledge and a real-world perspective, with a focus on professionalism, ethics, client service, contracts, negotiation, and sound business practices.

My goal is to be a trusted resource for agents as they learn the business, overcome challenges, and continue developing the skills necessary for long-term success in real estate.
