Outside of real estate, Eric enjoys strength training and spending time with his French Bulldog, Eskro, pronounced “Escrow.” Eskro was a memorable gift from a client after Eric successfully negotiated the purchase of the client’s second home and saved him a substantial amount off the listing price.
